Dr. Jonathan Bablad

Dr. Jonathan Bablad, ND

Dr. Jonathan Bablad, ND graduated from Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2006, where he received Special Recognition and an Achievement Award for his skills in Homeopathic Medicine. He is thrilled to open his practice to his new community in Victoria, BC as of April 2025! Jonathan practices family naturopathic medicine and focuses on addressing the root cause of health problems. Jonathan has a special interest in Pediatrics, and he is passionate about working with patients of all ages, experiencing many different health concerns. Jonathan’s approach is to develop individualized treatment protocols to systematically address the causes of illness. Jonathan holds a firm belief that the body is highly intelligent and has the ability to be self-healing and auto-regulating. He maintains that symptoms, which are the current focus of the modern medical model are expressions of an underlying imbalance and are attempts by the body to achieve resolution or maintain a certain level of balance. Over his years in practice he has sought out techniques that allow access to this intelligence and insight into what causes illness and the steps to re-gaining health. In 2008, he found what he was looking for in Auricular Medicine, an energetic reflex technique developed in the 1950’s by the French neurologist, Paul Nogier. Auricular Medicine is highly accurate and effective at identifying and addressing underlying imbalances that lead to the symptoms of illness. Jonathan’s intention is to encourage the health, and evolution of each person on a physical, mental-emotional and spiritual level so that each individual can live a fulfilling and purposeful life. He looks forward to working with you to achieve greater health and well-being!

Spinal Flow Practitioner

Amy Hamilton

Amy Hamilton, Spinal Flow Therapist

I believe your body is incredible, intelligent, and it has everything it needs to heal. My focus is to remove the layers of stress that have been stored in the body, and to unlock your body’s ability to heal. The Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, non-invasive body therapy focusing on the 7 gateways of the spine and 33 access points to locate and decrease blockages caused by stress. Just as there is a state of equilibrium in the body- where healing, digestion and wellness happen- there is equally, or greater, a load of pressure and stress in our modern lives. The three types of stress experienced are physical (falls, postural strain, the birth process), chemical (food we eat, air we breathe), and emotional (childhood traumas, past events). While one incident will cause a simple blockage, many of us experience multiple stressors, overtime causing the blockage to develop layers. These layers are stored in the spine, leading to pain, disconnect, and dis-ease. As I contact an access point, your body will recognize it as a gateway to ease, initiating the spinal wave. This wave softens, shifts, and releases spinal blockages. Ease floods the body, and it moves from a sympathetic (fight/flight/freeze) state to a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state. The outcome? Not only structural realignment, reduced pain, and release of stress and stored trauma, but also a profound sense of peace, connection, and ease. From 0-99, anyone can benefit from Spinal Flow, and I look forward to helping you on your journey to wellness. Please note that Spinal Flow has a cumulative effect, and is not a magic fix. Just as it took years for these blockages to build, it does take some time to decrease and eliminate them.

Registered Massage Therapist

Kelly Negrych

Kelly Negrych

From an early age, I was introduced to natural healing, and though I didn’t realize it at the time, those experiences deeply influenced my path. Over the years, my curiosity and passion for natural health grew, leading me to explore holistic nutrition and other healing practices. Along the way, I encountered wonderful mentors who taught me profound lessons, opening my eyes to the deep potential of the human body. I’ve always wondered what my true calling would be, and over time, I’ve come to understand that it’s about continuously evolving into the person I’m meant to be. A pivotal moment came when I trained in frequency-specific microcurrent therapy, which expanded my understanding of the body’s ability to heal in ways I never imagined. It was at that point I realized my purpose: to support others in recognizing their own innate healing abilities. Massage therapy became the modality through which I could deeply connect with others, guiding them on their healing journeys. I blend my knowledge of the body, heart, and hands, incorporating frequencies into my practice to facilitate a truly unique healing experience. I feel incredibly blessed and honored to work with others, providing a safe and supportive space where they can achieve the healing they desire. My approach focuses on integrating the musculoskeletal and nervous systems to help the body restore balance, and I believe in the body’s amazing capacity to heal itself. It is my heartfelt mission to be part of this transformative journey with you.
