Suggested Use: 

Take 2 to 4 times per day.

• Adults: 2 teaspoons (10 ml);
• 10 to 14 year-olds: 1 tsp (5 ml);
• 2-4 year-olds: 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml).

Ingredients:

100% Elderberries. Each 5 ml teaspoon provides:

Per 5 ml (tsp): Extract Ratios, and (Dried Herbal Equivalents)

1:2.91, (1658 mg) organic elderberry (Sambucus canadensis)
1:2.14, (100 mg) organic elderflowers (Sambucus canadensis)
1:5.08, (24.1 mg) propolis tincture (bee hive)
1:5.5, (9.55 ) mg Echinacea root tincture (Echinacea purpurea).

Other ingredients: Non-pasteurized organic honey, organic apple cider vinegar, organic sugar cane alcohol.

Warnings: 

Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/ Compositae/ Daisy family. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking immunosuppressants, or if you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis or multiple sclerosis. Not recommended for children less than 1 year old. Allergy alert: this product contains raw honey and other apiarian products. A hypersensitivity (e.g., an allergy) may manifest; if so, stop using.
